Document Translation

We offer free estimates.

Translation pricing is calculated at $0.17 - 0.22 per word, depending on type of translation, level of difficulty and document length.

A minimum charge of $45 applies for 1-page fliers or documents less than 200 words.

A quantity discount is available for multiple documents or when translation is several pages in length.

A rush fee, deposit, or prior authorization may apply and will be noted in the estimate.

In- person or remote interpreting assignments: $60-$75 per hour w/2-hr minimum charge, includes wait time.

Travel time and mileage are additional for assignments outside of Flagstaff.

Travel costs or lodging can be negotiated when assignment is out of town, overnight, or more than one assignment is in the same locale.

A cancellation fee will apply if assignments are cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
